DMCA & Copyright Policy

PartsBroadcast (operated by GIGDATA LLC) respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same.
1. Content on PartsBroadcast
PartsBroadcast distributes inventory listings (WTS blasts) and equipment requests (WTB blasts) submitted by our users. All blast content is human-moderated before delivery, but moderation focuses on relevance and quality — not copyright clearance. Users are responsible for ensuring their blast content does not infringe on third-party copyrights.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe blast content distributed through PartsBroadcast infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (blast ID, subject line, or content description)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove the blast from our public inventory archive within 2 business days
- Notify the sender or buyer who submitted the blast
- Provide the submitter an opportunity to file a counter-notification
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal courts in Orange County, California
5. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
