How Sending Works
If you are an ITAD reseller, broker, or liquidator, you already send inventory blasts by email. PartsBroadcast uses the exact same workflow — you email your inventory list to blast@partsbroadcast.com and we handle the rest.
There are no templates, no special formatting requirements, and no web forms to fill out. Send the same email you would normally send to your distribution list. Plain text parts lists, HTML tables with pricing, embedded images — whatever format works for your business.
What Happens After You Send
- Authentication — We verify the email came from a registered, active sender account.
- Moderation — Our team reviews the blast for legitimacy and quality. Spam, scams, and non-inventory content are rejected.
- Categorization — The blast is tagged with relevant commodity types (servers, networking, storage, etc.) and brands (Dell, Cisco, Intel, etc.).
- Delivery — The blast is sent to all receivers whose preferences match the categories. Your reply-to address is included so buyers contact you directly.
- Metrics — Your dashboard shows how many receivers the blast reached and delivery status.
Why Targeted Delivery Matters
When you blast an unfiltered mailing list, most recipients are not interested in what you are selling. They delete without reading. Over time, they tune out entirely — and you lose potential buyers who would have been interested if they had not already learned to ignore everything.
PartsBroadcast solves this by ensuring your blast only reaches people who have explicitly said they want to receive inventory emails about the equipment type you are selling. A lot of 500 Dell PowerEdge R740 servers goes to people who selected “Servers” and “Dell.” Not to people who only buy Cisco switches.

Sender Dashboard
Your sender dashboard provides visibility into every blast you have sent:
- Send history — a chronological list of all your blasts with subject, status, and date
- Delivery metrics — how many receivers each blast was delivered to
- Status tracking — whether each blast is pending moderation, approved, rejected, or sent
- Billing management — manage your subscription through our Stripe-powered billing portal

Sender subscriptions include unlimited inventory blasts:

Both plans include all features: unlimited blasts, targeted delivery, quality moderation, send history, delivery metrics, and reply-to on all blasts. The annual plan also includes priority moderation.
