For ITAD Buyers

Need Specific Equipment? Tell Every Seller at Once.

Stop emailing contacts one by one hoping someone has what you need. PartsBroadcast delivers your Want-to-Buy requests to every active seller on the platform.

How WTB Blasts Work

As an ITAD buyer, you know the pain of sourcing specific equipment. You need 50 Dell R750 servers, but nobody on your contact list has them right now. You send a few emails, make some calls, post on a forum, and wait. Days pass. The deal window closes.

PartsBroadcast flips this. Email your Want-to-Buy request to wtb@partsbroadcast.com and it goes to every active seller on the platform. If someone has what you need, they reply directly to you.

The WTB Process

  1. Email your request — Send a WTB email to wtb@partsbroadcast.com describing what you need: equipment type, quantity, condition requirements, budget range, and timeline.
  2. Moderation — Our team reviews the request for legitimacy, tags it with the appropriate commodity categories and brands, and approves it for delivery.
  3. Broadcast to sellers — Your WTB blast is delivered to all active senders on the platform with a [WTB] subject prefix so sellers immediately know it is a buying request.
  4. Sellers respond — Interested sellers reply through our anonymous proxy. Your email address stays hidden until you choose to reveal it.

Why Use PartsBroadcast for WTB

  • Reach every seller at once — one email reaches the entire PartsBroadcast seller network instead of just your existing contacts.
  • Anonymous until you choose — your identity is hidden behind our reply proxy. Sellers see your request and company name, but not your direct email. You reveal yourself only when you respond to a seller.
  • Human moderation — every WTB blast is reviewed before delivery, ensuring sellers receive only legitimate buying requests.
  • Also receive inventory blasts — every buyer account automatically includes free receiver preferences. You get WTB capabilities and targeted inventory blasts filtered to your categories and brands.
  • Track engagement — your buyer dashboard shows how many sellers each WTB blast reached and open rates.

What Makes a Good WTB Blast

The more specific your request, the better the responses:

  • What you need — specific make, model, part numbers when possible
  • Quantity — how many units you are looking for
  • Acceptable condition — new, refurbished, used, specific grade requirements
  • Target price or budget — helps sellers decide if they can meet your needs
  • Delivery location — relevant for freight and logistics costs
  • Timeline — when you need the equipment by
