From that point forward, you only receive blasts that match at least one of your commodity and brand selections. Everything else is filtered out before it reaches your inbox.

Control exactly what emails you receive from PartsBroadcast:

  • Inventory blasts — the core product, on by default
  • System notifications — account updates and security alerts
  • Marketing emails — platform updates and industry news (off by default, opt-in only)

Pause or Unsubscribe

Going on vacation? Pause blast delivery from your dashboard and resume when you are back. Want to stop entirely? Unsubscribe with one click — from your dashboard or from any blast email.

Delete Your Account (GDPR)

PartsBroadcast is fully GDPR compliant. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — email address, company name, preferences, and any records — instantly from your dashboard. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain your data after deletion.

Receiver accounts are 100% free. There is no trial period, no credit card required, and no upsell. The platform is funded by sender subscriptions — senders pay to reach you because you are the buyer they want to connect with.

Signing Up

Registration takes about 2 minutes:

  1. Enter your email, company name, and create a password
  2. Select your commodity preferences (servers, networking, storage, etc.)
  3. Select your brand preferences (Dell, HPE, Cisco, etc.)
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  5. Start receiving targeted inventory blasts
